Nova Ridge Medical is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
