Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Grand Rapids, MI)

Summit Corner Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
