Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Redstone Umber Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
