Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fresno, CA)

Cedar Forge Health Partners runs clinics and patient services around Fresno. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
