Greenridge Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
