Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Wren Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Fort Worth with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
