Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Fort Worth region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
