Summit Fern Energy is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
