Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fort Worth, TX)

Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services supports public agencies in Fort Worth with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
