Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Fort Worth, TX)

Summit Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Fort Worth serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
