Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
