Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (El Paso, TX)

Summit Ashton Foods is a El Paso food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
