Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Rivermark Summit Insurance is an insurance company in Detroit with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
