Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Construction Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
