Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Birch Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
