Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Detroit, MI)

Bluepeak Ember Financial serves customers across Detroit with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
