Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Des Moines, IA)

Amberfield Harbor Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Des Moines design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
