Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cedar Banking Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for branch operations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
