Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Maple Financial serves customers across Denver with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
