Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Field Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Dallas, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
