Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Glen Civic Services works with county and city offices around Dallas. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
