Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Nova Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
