Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Nova Umber Civic Services supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
