Stonegate Cedar Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit.
