Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Columbus, OH)

Clearpath River Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Columbus, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
