Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Redstone North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
