Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Fernwood Juniper Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
