Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Rivermark Fox Construction is a Cleveland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
