Harborlight Haven Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
