Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Analytics develops and makes medicines in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
