Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright Insurance and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
