Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in Cleveland with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
