Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove West Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
