Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cleveland, OH)

Cedar Loom Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
