Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Financial Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
