Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Clearpath Wren Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
