Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Cincinnati, OH)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Cincinnati, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 521 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
