Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charlotte, NC)

Cedar Quill Health provides primary and specialty care in Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
