Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Mill Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Charleston. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
