Lumen Forge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Buffalo serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit.
