Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Yarrow Foods Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
