Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Wilder Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Boise and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
