Foxglove Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
