Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Summit Loom Insurance Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
