Lumen West Care Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Boise. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit.
