Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Redstone Ridge Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Boise, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
