Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Bright Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Boise serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
