Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Fernwood Rook Construction is a Boise contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Boise. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
