Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Boise, ID)

Foxglove Cedar Foods produces packaged foods at its Boise plant, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 983 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
