Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Summit Hollow Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
